Medical/Dental/Vision/Rx Insurance: Seros provides a comprehensive PPO High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with all premiums, including family coverage, fully paid by Seros. To compliment the HDHP, we offer Health Savings Accounts (HSA), to which Seros contributes, that allow our employees to use pre-tax dollars to pay expenses below the deductible and to save for health care costs in retirement.
Leave: Seros combines vacation and sick leave into a single leave accrual program. All employees of the company earn leave at the rate of 23 days per year. Any unused leave at the end of the year may be carried over to the following year.
Holidays: Seros provides employees with 10 observed holidays each year.
Employee Ownership: Employees have the opportunity to receive ownership in Seros through our annual stock grant program.
Profit Sharing/401(k) Retirement Plan: The Retirement Plan is immediately available to all regular employees. Seros makes quarterly profit sharing contributions to each employees' retirement account. Historical profit sharing contributions have averaged a minimum 10% of base salary. Employees may contribute the maximum allowable under Federal regulation. All regular employees are immediately 100% vested upon hire.
Education Assistance Program: Seros provides reimbursement of tuition and registration for classes leading to university and advanced degrees that are deemed beneficial toward improving performance or increasing job skills.
Training/Seminar Opportunities: Seros encourages outside training/seminars to help employees keep their skills and knowledge up to date and on the cutting edge of technology.
Life Insurance: Seros provides employees with Life insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance at no cost to the employee.
Short Term/Long Term Disability Insurance: Seros provides a company funded short term disability benefit that provides a source of income in the event of a non-occupational illness or injury. Should the disability be prolonged, this plan will provide income up to the point that Long Term Disability becomes effective. An employee must complete three (3) months of employment before being eligible for both of these benefits.
