For customers that have created an account, the Customer Support Website can be used to view recent announcements, request/activate license keys, download software, download documentation, download other types of artifacts such as WSDLs and XSD files, and to request support. For customers without an account on the Customer Support Website, support can be requested by filling out and submitting a Support Request Form, by e-mailing a support request or question to the Help Desk, or by telephoning the Help Desk.
All Seros Products are documented to allow our customers to extend the product’s web service interfaces. This documentation includes the WSDL files for each enterprise web service, XML schemas, product configuration/administration information, best practice/recommended product extension documentation, reference code examples for utilizing the enterprise web services, and depending on the support agreement, the back-end product integration source code.
Additionally, Software Development Kits (SDKs) are available with JavaDocs documentation to make it easy to rapidly consume any of the Seros enterprise web services.
