All Seros Product Suites are documented to allow our customer’s to extend the product interfaces. This documentation includes the WSDL files for each interoperability web service, XML schemas, product configuration/administration, best practice/recommended product extension documentation, reference code examples for utilizing the interoperability web services, and depending on the support agreement, the back-end product integration source code.
Help desk support is also provided to answer deployment, configuration, product usage questions, along with the answers to a set of FAQs.
